DJ Dudley D & Kirk J (the thread no one will care about)

I would like to know at which soundchecks, shows and aftershows (not -parties) the DJ (DJ Dudley D) or Kirk Johnson were present.

I know Dudley D. was there (scratchin on stage) for at least the aftershow in the Marquee and soundcheck & show in Rotterdam, Hamburg & Antwerp.

Kirky J. was there in Berlin & Oslo (show & soundcheck), But was Dudley D too?
How about the 3 London nights, 2 x Manchester, Dublin + Aftershow, Frankfurt and Stockholm?

Anyone else seen those guys (one or the oher or both) on stage at the shows you went to?

cheers,
jooZt

As far as I can remember Dudley did NOT participate during the regular concerts in London, but he definately added his scrating to some songs during the New Marquee aftershow, most noticable during Sign "O" the times.

Dudley D - what an absolutely stupid name for a dj, he sounds like something out of The Teletubbies - was definitely present in Oslo. He played for us before the soundcheck, added a few scratches during the concert and shook the walls at the afterparty at Smuget.

As a dj, he's okay, I think. Good beats, nice flow, but he uses too many cd's, some of which were actually scratched (no joke intended).

If by present, you mean on stage doing his 'stuff' (as opposed to being at the venue) - no, definitely not the London shows - just The Aftershow at The Marquee

Also thanx Jerky, zannalee, disdain4theunfunky.

The DJ was at the Berlin soundcheck. Played some really great music before the concert that got the crowd moving.

Okay. But was he scratching etc DURING the soundcheck or just played music inbetween soundcheck and show?
And then, was he also 'doing his thang' DURING the show?

I can't remember that. Not that he wasn't there, I just concentrated on the others wink

Kirk Johnson took the place during the show where the DJ normally stood. The latter had a place behind Rhonda but appeared just between soundcheck and concert, maybey because of the setlist (no Sign o the times, no Days of wild).
