AEG Live's VIP reception itinery, does anyone have it?

Calling all orgers & fellow complainees...
Does anyone still have the £235 VIP reception itinery that came with their VIP tickets? The cheap-looking letter detailing times and instructions, etc.
If so please can I have a copy?!! I am putting together my case against AEG and have misplaced mine, but need it urgently to refer to in my complaint.

Please let me know & I'll orgnote my address. Many thanks

I had the more "updated" version and have had it laminated (who'd want to forget that fiasco). I'd be happy to send you a copy, it does list all the benefits!!!! let me know if you don't get fixed up anywhere else.

Thanks that's great. I'll wait a bit longer to see if anyone still has the original crappy version, but if not I may need a copy of your one.

I have just found my original first "crappy" VIP reception ticket on the scrap of paper. If you have a fax number I will send it to you tomorrow. I went to two VIP receptions, once courtesty of AEG. Let me know what you want me to do.

Many thanks to spud80 for helping me out with this one!
Amongst other things, I've now been able to complete letters to both BBC Watchdog and consumer experts Which?, to spread the word about this and tell them my story.

You'll laugh at this one. Just had my Notice of transfer from the courts with a fake copy of the itinery compared to the one they originally sent me. It lists all the crap on offer and get this even a menu and start and end times for the show with a lovely pic of prince, mine was a naff print out on one A4 page with a couple of paragrahs hope they get done for that by the courts when I send my paperwork.

I can tell you what has happened there because I went to two aftershows - the first one had the crappy piece of paper that you had but when I went to the second one a couple of weeks later, I was sent the one with the picture which also had the menu. Think they must have thought that that would stop anyone else complaining lol

It shows another side of their ignorance first changing the seating plans by adding gold circle seats then changing the wording for the aftershows. Do they think no one would notice. Just checked the documents they sent back signed by a paralegal not even a real lawyer just shows what contempt they have for us.

Sorry, I was referring to them as "aftershows" when I clearly meant the "so called" VIP RECEPTION!!!

Please will you let us know the outcome of your actions lol
