Rotterdam soundcheck was EXCELLENT!!!

Just a quick note about the BEST soundcheck so far!

Something in the water (does not compute)
Calhoun square
Thank you for talking to me africa (heavy guitar)
Muse 2 the pharaoh (completely revised version)
The stick / 7779311 (very cool and fonky jam)

can't see how this could be the BEST soundcheck as Prince didn't talk to any members, had noone on stage singing/playing/dancing/whatever and left abruptly without as much as raising his hand in a see ya later type movement.

i would much rather hear prince PLAY at a soundcheck rather than preach/chat with the psychos/or let some dope play his guitar...but that`s just me.

It was fun but not that good. It was messy and the sound was bad

I agree with Zannalee, we saw several shows now and this was the best "soundcheck" which is of course more of a pre-concert. Funk was in Ahoy yesterday. and the show was wild, what about the day's of wild jeeez, ok Hamburg here i come.

ps to get the numbers straight, there were 1200 members incl. guests and the venue hold almost 11.000 fans
Greetings,

I think he should play less hits and more real ONA grooves. The original jazzy-funky concept is gone...I think it's a shame...BUT the soundchecks are the real thing!
Now play Muse again after TRC in Antwerp...
