This is the 24 hours international telephone service of the tickets sellers in The Netherlands (C&O travel, http://www.topeventticket...ce_tickets ) who you can ask why they are selling tickets and travel accomodation for three concerts that are not confirmed by the artist (Prince), the concert hall (Bercy), a publicity company nor a tour promoter: 00 31 6 53994900 ). Make it short but strong: it's a mobile number. The F***** Liberty!

Dutch newssite nu.nl talks about Paris gigs as well. They say that the ticketsite as mentioned before in this thread is "usually right" about these things. They were the first one to announce the Led Zeppelin reunion gig as well.

Me too. Though I think my boyfriend might actually leave me if I go to another Prince concert. no no no! sad

But I still need to know if it's real and if I'm really going to miss it. shake

Crumbs, I only just got over this Summer. I think trying to get to Paris, working out how to get best seats, best prices, where to stay, what to do with my children, would finally be the last straw!!!!! But its like a
drug..... you guys seem to understand the addition. nod

Oh, ok, gotcha! Seating places it is then, otherwise the hubby will end up in a fight, the boy will be all 'woozy' and I won't be able to concentrate on Prince!!!

Maybe he'll bring his stage anyway and plonk it in the middle of the arena! biggrin

Thanks for getting back! biggrin

I've been to Bercy many times and I absolutely disagree with your account. By the way, French people are much more respectful toward the artist, than Brits who were constantly leaving their seats to buy beers, especially during the piano set which requires, in my opinion, a quasi-religious listening. When Prince will play "Sometimes it snows in april" in Paris, French people will stay to listen to him.

remember 1993 prince at le bercy when people where running into the arena ignoring the security without ticketcontrol....i still have the ticket as new...but there was no respect for the people who were working and lots of fans fell over the floor because of the hystery..

You guys don't really think you have a say in where he plays next, do you?

Y'all should know by now, Prince-world ain't a democracy.

Regardless of the vote, he probably has shows lined up in ALL those countries...

I didn't mean respect for the rules... French people, as Italians, are a Latin people... I said respect for the artist, and I still think that you will see the difference especially during piano sets (I was very angry at the O2 about all of these men, women, young, old, that were moving during the entire show in order to get beers, beers, beers... drink Making it sometimes difficult for me to concentrate on the stage cos I had to let them go right in front of me etc.)

I agree, I think it's incredibly rude and disrespectful both to the artist and people around them! I think it's like people eating sweets at the theatre/cinema - drives me mad - you'd think people could stop eating and drinking for just a couple of hours!! mad

BERCY

Bercy's managers inform you that there is actually no signed contract. That's why, there is no information on our official website: www.bercy.fr
and no tickets are on sale.
If you want to be informed on our next concerts, you can suscribe to our newsletter.
Thanks.

Just to play devil's advocate here but can I ask if anyone actually contacted all of the people that were getting up and down to check their nationality? There were a lot of europeans and a few americans there too, why have we 'brits' been tarred with the 'disrespectful' brush? And how does anyone know what nationality those complete glow-stick throwing twats were? They could have been from anywhere. For that matter it doesn't matter where they came from, what colour they were or what language they spoke they were still twats and should have been thrown out on their arses.

I have to admit that it does annoy me slightly when I read posts on here from people saying that we Brits were really disrespectful of Prince when he was here - Not all Brits are like that. I can tell you quite catagorically that once I was in my seat I didn't budge from that spot until the woman at the end came over the tannoy and told us to all piss off!
I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

C'mon and dance while you, while you still have your cherry babe, cherry babe..
