Star Spotting at the UK gigs So was there actually any stars at the shows?
I was there on Saturday and did not see any. How can a non-musician discuss the future of music
From anything other than a consumer point of view? |

Well i was at the manchester gig on the 7th and saw 1!!People who live in the UK will probably understand this next bit.I cant remember her name but anyone remember the woman from Coronation street who was married to Mike Baldwin and ended up liasing with his son in the soap?Well she was sat across from me in the pub (next to the Apollo backstage entrance) before the gig.(The pub adjacent to the tour coaches)She's very attractive in the flesh!Anyone spot Prince's coach with the ceiling decked out with fibre optic star twinkles?!It was directly outside the stage door and by the time we had come out after the gig it was the only coach to have vanished!He didnt hang around!

Were you one of those people behind those railings outside the pub? i was directly opposite you with my wife.We'd walked down that little road alongside the bus as it slowly reversed down.I didn't know he was on it.Prince could have been saying "look at those two crazy crackers" for all i knew. Then the apollo security guy shouted at us to stop where we were.then this giant brother got off the bus swiftly followed by Prince. He had a big smirk on his face. What was that white thing he was wearing over his head though?  | |

that pub was skanky (plastic pint glasses WTF!) i wonder what Prince thought as he stepped off the bus, i bet he was looking for rats it was that grubby. | |

He is a 70's star and I did not see him myself but someone saw Leo Sayer(You make me feel like dancing). Same size as P. | |

Craig David was definitely at the Saturday London Gig, whilst I was waiting for my friend to come out of the loo at the end a girl went up to him and got his autograph and he said he thoroughly enjoyed the show and that it was the first time he'd seen Prince live.
Melanie Blatt and Shaznay Lewis formerly of All Saints were at the aftershow, they brushed past me as they were running to their car afterwards. | |
