oops dunno what happened there.....
Anyway probably cos I was complaining someone cut me off... All I was wanting to vent was that I am finding it difficult to read all about the 21 days in London as I got tickets for myself and my disabled daughter and then on the day found out the train that was showing on the internet to take us back to Nottingham didnt exist and about the only hotel room that I could get that night suddenly changed from a ground floor to a first floor when I mentioned the word wheelchair....So we had to make our way home devastated. 02 did send the free CD's though so that helped a little bit. Ok complaining done!!  | |

You have every right to complain not to mention turning up at the Head Office of both the train & hotel company & committing acts of wanton violence. I'm sure you don't need my patronising comments (!) but my heart goes out to you. They can shove their CDs. Anyway, you didn't miss much, Prince is overrated. Honest.

Well - me and my daughter have had the shittiest few months so this was like a 'pick us up' - the people at St Pancras on Midland Mainline were so great to us though and tried to get hotel rooms and such so we could go. Plus since I posted this someone from here has been in touch to offer cds - when the crap hits the fan some people are sooooo nice....these people have stopped me screaming!! Still cant put into words my disappointment but life goes on... | |
