Has any1 else not slept yet since Thurday night becoz they "high" on prince? Has any1 else not slept yet since Thurday night becoz they "high" on prince?
Come on I can't b the only 1? I arrived home at 8. 45PM today..... recollected the story 2 my folks, had a walk with the dog, a small bite to eat, watched the posted videos on 3121 n sky, then checking the org..... why no sleep,,,, no, no bad reason, i've been a good girl. 
After chilling with orgers "Withnail" n his brother n "darlinnikki78" n other late leavers outside the arena, then driving a mate home, me and a friend who's first aftershow ever was 21st, decided to go for a beigle 4 breakfast at Brick Lane... we arrived there at 6.30am.... and left the beigle shop around 7.30pm after chatting to everyone in there about our amazin night.  ....I actually gave my planet Earth to a 5 year old boy who was just up 4 the day with his daddy... he was so sweet... n i thought spread the joy, n teach him about prince! lol
and so from there i went to drop my friend at the tube station, but we sat in the car 4 ages repeatedly excited discussing the whole night, the tunes... the guitar solos, the band, the vibe the crowd, the "looks" from prince, our funky dancing, the vibrations from the speakers.... everything ( and yep we r t-total... and no drugs, we clean girls) B4 we knew it we had spent 3 hours in the car!!! 10.50 am we then get out the car n search in Liverpool Street station 4 news of the gig/aftershow...in WH Smiths... thinking mayb a newspaper had a review...(telegraph etc) and to our dismay we couldn't find anything.... we just didn't want it all to end..... so then we saw the big Sky news screen in the station and still dressed up to the nines in our "trussed up gladrags" we stared at the big screen waitin to see our royalness on there. 
but he wasn't and we were like two maniacs wondering where 2 go next..... and then my lovely friend read my mind and said ... where is prince staying....did u say the Dorchester?  i beamed... "yeah shall we go 4 afternoon tea?"
and so we got back in the car and graced princes temporary abode to finish off the celebration with afternoon tea from 2.30pm all the way till 6pm.... we took it reall slow, sat behind the pianist and had another concert! we arrived at the hotel around 12.30pm and so went for a local walk...inside and around the hotel and thats when i started our parody of Under the Cherry moon. As i was imagining how fun it would b 2 have Prince come down n play a quick rendition whilst us noshing our fingers, err  no sorry finger - sandwiches, and Scones !!!
So then sat in the tea room where we began the female version of Tricky and CT at the tea-room come cocktail bar/ party! and we got up to all kinds of fun, filming scenes on the mobile phone.... coz we felt just like them....overdressed for the party....gatecrashing at the last minute but really knowing why they were there (although we din't approach any rich looking older men, we just the Tricky / CT / Mary Sharon scenes 
we even asked the waiter "avez vous un crayon...." politely of course! we were so happy... n we just wanted to have more n more fun on the vibe prince beautifully bestowed unto us! (all of us) Really Grateful to the Staff at the Dorchester(the extremely helpful n encompassing concierge + host fitted us in) and big  2 Simon on the piano!
and a film and photo credit to ~Daniel our waiter! we left around 6pmish. then we chatted some more in the car n then i drove us home.... and i'm writing this very tired but still with a silly smile on my face. When not so tired i will post the photos/ videos r going on you-tube facebook. (OF US NOT PRINCE). Thank u Dawn for staying the day and acting up with me.....and I wanna know...is any1 else so high that they haven't slept yet?

yep... gona put the rough outtakes on when my fingers can work along side my brain more accurately than they can at the mo! If you can do the 10 minutes version of Mountains then I'll be well impressed.
I'm wondering if I'm going too far with this current (and never gone away in 23 years) obsession. My phone now goes "oh yeah" when I get a text message. Must be a sign of the times. | |

Must be a sign of the times. well its upto my mate 2 cover the songs....i was playing trickey... i love the faces he makes!!! it was all very improptu.... we couldn't b 2 roudy... i really wanted to dance on the piano.... but i'm far from a size zero!!! lol. but we did do some v. silly things..... NO- one could do mountains cept prince... u know that! obsession?,... isn't that a perfume? lol my phone plays the solo in Computer Blue when my phone rings and i did have a purple theme and had the symbol as the background but its a white tiger instead now  `i Like em Fat, i Like em Prouddd` | |

oh the memories, paying taxi fares with planetearth cd's to spread the word, trying to get CR as my ringtone, meeting Flo6, the reporter girl on the clipper or tube after the last 3 aftershows, and on and on. Great memories from a great month and most importantly meeting some amazing people from the funky army, known as the New Power Generation. Thank U Prince for bringing us all together. Lovely to meet you before and after the shows x hey domebaby69 it was fab 2 meet u, so unexpectefdly as well which is always fab.... i couln't get in the RAAN, there was a major Q. i've just looked at our couple of videos and they r not so good quality... the lighting is wrong and the boom wasn't even present!... we may have to go back to the Dorchester and do some "pick ups"!!
but i'll be putting then on u tube tonight... if i can get the fella to help with the techno hitches i'm bound 2 have! i'm suggesting we have a meet on saturday b4 some london visitors return home.... something chilled, in central london? what do u think...? hi to mentaliste 2.... cutie
