Just had verbal confirmation that a cheque is in the post has to go to Ticketmaster first for confirmation? would not reveal how much it was for but got the impression from the gigle that it's not a lot. I asked if they'd be expecting more complaints because of the amount and without hesitation I was told "yes". It should arrive within the next few days because apparently I was one of the first to complain, let you all know what the laughable amount is when it comes I've already got consumer direct on the case if it is a pittance.

i went VIP a few nights over the tour...but because i complained about 1 of the nights i was there i got upgraded 2 VIP reception 4 the 20th of sept...even though i had my ticket bought 4 block 102 already that night...i was told there were no refunds being issued....so no matter what ya get offered its better then nothing cause i can assure ya that most of us didnt get offered what U did.

well, if the amount is unsatisfactory.


Refuse the refund and proceed back to ticketmaster, they are legally responsible.

If they are not forthcoming.

I am awaiting mine, i gave them strict instructions to call me before sending any cheque if the amount was not going to be the full amount, that anything less was unsatisfactory and would lead to me enforcing my legal rights with ticketmaster who would in turn have to do the same to AEG.
