Prince tabs I normally awful. Try some and you'll see what I mean. If anyone has the tab for the solo in Get Off then let me know. How about that version of Kiss he played on the 21st?! Not normally one of my faves but that one was cool.

There are NO decent Prince guitar TABS anywhere.

I'm afraid that is the sad truth. Believe me, I've tried...

Just work out the key that they are written in (purple rain is in B flat for instance) and then transpose the major scale to that key and there you have all the notes at your fingertips. Doesnt take long to work out the entire solo once you know the key plus its much better for your learning to work it out this way than just to blindly read and attempt to learn by wrote the track. It also means that you can easily improvise around the lead part of the track (as prince does).

If you really want to improve your guitar skills (and dont have a clue what i mean by the explanation above) I cannot recommend highly enough www.guitarmasterclass.net. Its about £25 for 6 months (an absolute bargain!!) and has taken my skills from distinctly below average to probably better than average (and improving by the week).

There are some free lessons / sections of lessons for you to start with before parting with cash but I would say just spend the £25 and put aside 15 hours a week and see how your playing improves. Go enjoy.
