I must admit, the singing of the twin in that clip on 3121 ("love me", "love me") did work for me. Maybe it's the begging that does it... biggrin

Anyway, why aren't the twins allowed to wear pants? Ever?

I love the twins, they are beautiful, sexy, stylish, excellent dancers, and to top it all they seem so sweet and cuddly, you just wanna hug them!

I don't know about their singing, as I haven't heard them as much as Marva or Shelby. They seem to have a more low key/backing style, but I think it fits the context of the Joy in Repetition song. Brilliant version in that clip on 3121.

Im sorry - Im not loving them! So many friends who watched the live feed on SKY the other night thought their dancing was pathetic!! Sure they are sexy, etc etc but for me, they lack something...

I think they are great on stage- they do what they're there to do- dance and provide energy, but I have to say after meeting them I wasn't too impressed- they weren't blessed with the intelligence gene. Sorry, know it sounds harsh- but unforunately true

Tell us more! What happened?

I really like The Twinz, they really work well in the show especially during Controversy, Cream and Black Sweat.

My love for the Twinz has continued to grow throughout the tour, and on the last night they were brilliant!

Their Purple Lightsabers as they led out the band and the box were a wonderful "my glowstick is bigger than yours!" gag.. riding the box back back in (I got to "high finger" one of them, sadly couldn't stretch as far as the whole hand lol), the spraypaint, the grooving about at the aftershow... great fun!

I was totally bummed that I couldn't see the Controversy robot dance from my ass-end F3 seat though. sad

I do hope he keps them around for a while... they may not have instruments or mindblowing voices, but I do think they have definitely earned their place on his stage. smile

I was lucky enough to go backstage, and had a chat with one of them (dont ask me which one) I was really surprised at her lack of eloquence! But as I said they do what they are there for on stage, and u cant knock them for that!

That's odd as I've watched a few interviews with them and they seemed quite intelligent. Maybe she was having an off night.

maybe it's just simply down to opinion- because i have also since looked at interviews with them (there are a few on youtube from usa) and came to same conclusion!

I've not seen those interviews - just a couple on their myspace page. They also seemed really friendly at the last aftershow with all the dancers on the stage and that just made me like them more.

I liked them.
It's true that they're not the most polished dancers that I've ever seen - or that Prince has ever had - but I quite liked that. The fact that they aren't that slick seemed to give the stage a bit of freshness that it might have lacked with a more perfectly drilled performance.
It's only mountains...
