THEN AFTER THE AFTERSHOW PRINCE SPOKE TO THE FANS BY THE GATE I WAS LAST IN LINE

THERE WAS NO EYE CONTACT FROM HIM HE JUST STOOD FOR 5 SECS IN FRONT OF ME I SAID PRINCE THANK YOU

THAT WAS IT HE GOT IN THE CAR AND DROVE OFF

PRINCE WAS NOT SHACKING HANDS DURING THE ENCORE

BUT I WAS VERY VERY CLOSE TILL SECURITY KILLED SOMEONE FOR TRYING TO TALK TO HIM

I got SUPER lucky last week and met him in his personal backstage area. He was lovely, made plenty of eye contact and even said very pleased to meet you. Must just feel more comfortable in his own space..... It made my life complete!

backstage you can smell incense, there is lots of purple lighting, and his room where we were was lit quite dimly, chaise longue, couple of velvet chairs ... very luxurious again. Managed to get this treat through someone that prince knows personally ... don't think even AEG could wangle this kind of treatment for peeps... it will always be in my memory... he was so polite and lovely

I THINK MY MEETING WAS BRIEF COS THE POOR CHAP WAS SO TIRED

I DON'T THINK HE HAD MUCH TO SAY AFTER 5 HRS PLAYING

Back in 1992 end of august or early sept... I was in Paris... P was signing at 'FNAC' store... I queued... and couldn't believe I got thru to get autograph! But thought I have nowt 4 him 2 sign! at the time I had a red base ball cap (roots canada) and got him to sign it... and Mayte and NPG etc...
He signed the symbol and in a gold marker... I looked at him and said 'keep it up!' did not know what 2 say.. iwas so shocked! but he did not react... doesn't give anything away! That's closest i've got 2 him!
