CONCERT PRINCE GAAT TOCH DOOR

ROTTERDAM (GPD) - Het concert dat de Amerikaanse popster Prince dinsdag 15 oktober in de Rotterdamse Ahoy’ zou geven, gaat gewoon door. Wel wil organisator Mojo Concerts al gekochte kaarten terugnemen van degenen die die dag, met de uitvaart van prins Claus, liever niet komen.
Het concert is het eerste van twee optredens van de Amerikaanse ster. Na contact met hem besloot het organiserende Mojo de lichten op groen te houden. ,,Prince heeft veel respect voor zijn medemensen en zal er ongetwijfeld rekening mee houden in zijn programmering, aldus Mojo. De doorgang levert voor het bureau zelf wat logistieke problemen, omdat het in het centrum van Delft gevestigd is.
Het concert werd door een ongelukkig toeval op Prinjesdag, de dag van de laatste ziekenhuisopname van de prins-gemaal, aangekondigd en was binnen een kwartier volledig uitverkocht. Daarop werd een tweede concert gepland, op 2 november. Ook dat is uitverkocht.
Kaarten kunnen bij de voorverkoopadressen geretourneerd worden.

It's about the fact that Prins Claus of the Netherlands has died and that people can return tickets for the concert on the 15th, because that's the funeral-day of the Prins. The other news item: The club in the basement of the Rotterdam Hilton is expecting Prince for an afterparty on the 15th.

Significant other parts:

'Prince has a lot of respect for his fellow-people and will undoubtedly take this (i.e the funeral) into account in his programmation (i.e setlist)'

The funeral will cause some logistical problems for Mojo itself though since it's located in Delft.

Tickets which are bought already can be returned by people who prefer not to go because of the funeral.

So, probably this means that Sometimes it snows in April will be included. Any others besides this one people can think of? (Comeback? although the song is not clearly about reincarnation it might be construed to be so. Then again this is clearly not in line with P's current religious trip)
