Whole Lotta Love on the 20th

Defo one of the best mainshows of the tour

Whole Lotta Love was the highlight for me, first time I'd heard it on this tour and he totally ripped the place apart the guitar solos were incredible - Brian May was spot on
Presently don't have mainshow tiks, though if he plays that at the aftershow tonight, they'll surely have to re-wallpaper the joint

And while I'm here, last nights NPG aftershow was brilliantly conceived, my glumness at no Prince soon evaporated as it became clear Mike Philly had effectively brought the Pigalle Club gang down from a couple of Mondays ago... chanteusse Vula Malinga from Basement Jaxx, Dune (an awsome human beatbox outfit), as well as Mike Altman, legendary Saxophonist - a true aftershow of aftershows - so glad to share it with a great crowd too

Best of luck to everyone in search of a ticket tonight - hopefully it will all come good for most by 6pm, and don't forget it's an early start, I'd be seated by 20:15 if I were you

Hi, whole lotta love was my highlight too, even after 11 mainshows. He also performed it at last Thursday's a/s, for the first time, and boy did i raise the roof! I screamed so much last nite when he played it again. No-one else in blk c2, moved a muscle, boring..... So i will give Prince this one cover smile

He certainly caught most out last nite with his early start - people were trying to get to their seats for the first 15-20 minutes. Then as soon as they got them, they popped out for more beer. One guy near me spent more time on the stiars out and in than watching Prince????

I agree about aftershow. I was initially disappointed with Prince no show but those horn players are hot..as were Marva and Shelby.

Yeah for me it rivalled the Foo Fighters'Best of You cover
I'd been enamoured ever since I heard him do it at the Superbowl - I recall at the time asking a fellow fan if it was a new Prince song (not being into the Foo's), after which being told what it was I felt a tad foolish. Anyway I was so glad seeing him bring the Superbowl set to the O2 a few times, though All Along he Watchtower could be so much better than he does it

Have a great time at the shows tonight if you're going, and fingers crossed for some Love at the Indigo!

I really do not get and will never get the amount of figiteing people do during the shows, is it just because we are all now seated in general population we are noticing it more?

Having seen the show many times from many angles and blocks, I have to say that good seat = good show. I was row Z in 103 and it was an average show, for me. If I'd been on the floor I would have felt more able to get into it. Good show but nothing compared to the ones I've seen closer up...

I agree about being in the right spot, but we were 102 T and it's such a great view and atmospehere from there
I prefer those seats to the floor - in fact I exchanged my 3x Block C2's with a Dutch fan last night and he was as happy as I
As for the venue, it's such an intimate arena and the centre stage is a masterstroke on this tour - can't say I've had a duff night
