Final Night Chant A few weeks ago there was a topic about having a certain chant or song for the final night, although I don't have tickets for the concert (yet) how about after the second encore we (or you lucky ones) sing
"we love Prince" like on The Everlasting Now from The Rainbow Children. This would sound great if it could be done in synch, especially if it is recorded. By the way if anyone has 2 spares tickets, anywhere in the house, please let me know oh mama I wish I could resist ... | |

That would be awesome, and I reckon prince would LOVE it! It would certainly let him know that there were plenty in the crowd that have been to previous shows this summer.

Ooh! A look at that thread with orgers' blocks and rows could be handy... a few deft hand signals could help count it in! C2 sounds like a decent position to be seen from for such a task. Hmmm I am in C2 on thursday, maybe I will practice.

Use Febreeze on it! LOL! I did think about that, but if he plays the aftershow on thursday and I'm dancing anywhere near as much as I did last week, I'm not sure febreeze is gonna do the job.

I am loving these threads in the run up to the last night i and purplerain33 are going thanks to another orger we will be sitting in 115 row dd i am gonna be wearing my purple wig and might try and dig my carnival whistle out and blow it to start us off.
Just reading all this stuff makes me get so excited and a bit emotional | |

I still think the football based chants work best.
How about between encore... "You're not singing you're not singing, you're not singing anymore, you're not singing anymore!" or "Are you James Brown in disguise?" Or "Can you play here every week?" . |

I posted a suggestion last week 4 chant of UR NAME IS PRINCE AN U R FUNKY! Was gonna try get it goin b4 concert? Not sure what chances r of any 1 joinin in but hey i said i wud do it if i got a tkt so i will be up there!!!!
