Hi All,

Ive just seen a thread with an orger stating they are going to purple glow stick on Thursday night as they cant go on friday.

I sure everyone will join me in asking that NO ONE uses glow sticks on Thursday to save the effect for the FINAL NIGHT's Show.

This only works if its done in a pack as a massive thank you to Prince on the FINAL NIGHT.

Please please please.... anyone going on thursday... please do not fuck it up by using sticks on thursday.

oh come on, they can do what they want, seen lpenty of people using glow sticks other night - it will still be the mass effect on the final night, Don't worry about it. Let them have their fun

If people want to wave their glow sticks on Thu 20th, that's entirely upto them...and no one should tell them otherwise.

At the end of the day a lot people have not got the opportunity (myself included at this moment of time ) to got Fri 21st, so Thursday is their last LIVE meeting with him, possibly forever, so let them do what they want to say goodbye.

Ooh by the way, I seen loads of people with glowsticks when I went on the 9th of September. I think they were multi-coloured though.

Come on everybody don't be so harsh on 02review. I'm staying neutral on this but if you remember the whole purple glo stick idea came about for orgers to wave them on the 21st during Purple Rain. That was the plan and loads of people signed up for it as they wanted to be a part of it.

Now if people do it on the 20th (which they are of course well within their rights to do), it will detract from the effect of the original idea which was for the 21st only.

As an afterthought it's a good job Prince's favourite colour isn't black or else the whole glow stick tribute would look pretty shit. Oh look, he's holding a black stick. Look how it stands out against the... oh wait, it doesn't.

Perhaps (now hold on to this crrrraaaaazzzzyyyyy thought if you can) even before Prince was born. Also did you know that the glow-worm is in fact a bug and not a worm. Not sure if they've ever been used at a System of a Down concert though.
