I just wondered if anyone has received their refund re VIP tickets from AEG yet,and if so, how much they received.

I was told that the refund would be sorted out within 2 weeks but I haven't heard anything to date (just over 2 weeks now).

Could anyone who has received their refund let me know on here please.

Hi,no I haven't received anything yet.They have tried to negotiate( you know the upper tier seats + VIP bar) but no one can tell anything about refunds(had several excuses..account manager too busy, account manager off sick,etc..) I think they just want to deal with it after this tour finishes,this if they are going to deal with this at all!

Thanks Vdal, hopefully they will still have to issue the refunds as they've admitted liability by sending out the replacement tickets.

Can any other orgers update this if they hear anything re refunds

Got offered tickets for Thursday 20 Sept but couldn't go as going on Friday so asked for a refund. They said someone would email me but nothing and I've chased them on the phone and they still haven't phoned back. Will keep chasing them! At least some money back would help pay for my ebay aftershow tickets for Friday!!! Husband will be happy anyway!!!
