I won the Golden Ticket!!!! Just thought I'd come on here and try to restore some faith in my fellow orgers and prove to you that there are still some genuinely nice people out there and by that I am talking in particular about maceoparker007.
Maceo placed a thread on the org the other day asking people what they would say to Prince if they were given a golden ticket to meet him. I posted my answer, (which could have been better i have to say!) and Maceo got back to me today saying that he genuinely did have a spare 'golden ticket' and that he liked my answer and was willing to give it to me at face value! So I am now the proud owner of a ticket for the final show and you would not believe how happy that has made me! What a lovely gesture - Mace, you've made my week...perhaps even my year...perhaps even my last ten years! So all the best to everyone else on the look out for tickets - I really hope you get them and that other orgers come forward with tickets that they are willing to distribute amongst their fellow Prince fans. Thanks Maceo I see the future and it's purple!  It feels so good it must be a crime... | |
