some of the 02 staff treated people like dirt.

I have to say one negative thing about the 02,i really thought some of the 02 staff had a chip on there shoulder about giving orders out.on the last night when everyone got glow sticks one of the 02 mangers told us that we shouldnt have light them up yet as prince didnt know about them and it was surprise, what an idiot as if prince was going to walk past us as we came back from the toilet and said what are you doing with those.and when we went to one of the aftershows the men on the doors were really rude and told us to all get in line and rip our own tickets,it was like being back at school, princes staff were lovely but the 02 staff must of thought they were a cut above them mad, give someone a suit and they think they are head of everyone,i know they have to keep things in check but to treat people like dirt is not on,so all those people get a life please your embarrassing.

I've had completely the opposite experience with the O2 staff. Found them to be friendly and reasonable. They pretty much all returned a smile and would have a laugh too.
RIP sad

I commented on the way out how good I thought the staff were... much more friendly than at the Brixton Academy or many similar venues. Sorry if you had a bad experience! Mine were all good.

have to say we had absolutely no problems with the 02 staff, some were actually great fun to have abit of banter with, indigo staff were abit sharper, but that is understandable, as there were some idiots there and also the risk of Prince pulling a show becoz of photos, but altogether I found the place to be well run with friendly helpful staff.

Big thank you as well to the 02 staff for finding my bag which i forgot outside the doors of the arena, but collected at info stand some 20 mins later. There are airports that dont run so efficiently, well done.
If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

Maybe 1 or 2 but over the run I spoke to and dealt with a lot of O2 staff and 90% were very friendly, they appologised for O2 policy (bottle lids!!!!), They must of heard all our attempts to get past them 1000 times but always took it well. One or two had had hard days but don't we all?

Overall well done the O2 staff, they just let us/me get on with doin my thang!

the indigo2 staff were VERY professional, the line of people waiting got in extremely fast.

there was a kid cleaning up spilled beer during the aftershow, so no one would slip.

let's complain about these DRUNK people in the audience instead.
yes SIR!

The Indigo staff were even better than the arena staff as far as I'm concerned. The bar staff were all very friendly despite being rushed off their feet. The security were extremely professional but were also approachable and reasonable. While they certainly didn't take any nonsense, they handled any issues I saw without being over the top or thuggish.
RIP sad

the o2 staff were great on august 7th. they arranged for us to have lower tier tickets after my cousin couldnt stand the heights in block 408. we were in block 102, how good were those seats. thankyou. and as soon as someone stood in front of us when we were right in front on row a at the stage (block d1), they moved them on.

I went to seven main shows and three aftershows and generally, the stafff were brilliant. Had a problem on the last night, I was in Block C1 row C and a very tall person stood in front of me so I stepped into the aisle, a small security male came up to me and told me to move, which I did back into my seat. Not happy with that, he carried on being abusive - very frightening for a five foot female not looking for trouble - later reported him to his superiors and intend to complain to AEG - this cannot happen when all we are doing are enjoying ourselves - very frightening!!!! sad

We found everyone very friendly apart from one man who tried to remove me and my friend from the accessible platform on 105 because we didn't look disabled. He is sooo asking to be sued. As it happens we are not disabled, our friend is and he was in the loo at the time, but that isn't the point. He can't go around assuming people are/not disabled based upon appearance.

I had a row with one member of staff on Friday night in the Indigo. He was so aggressive and even grabbed my arm at one point and all because I put my bag on the floor. confused
