Without thinking that everyone would have to stay up really late to email I've now changed the time. So I'll only add names to the list if I receive the email AFTER 11am UK time on Tuesday. The list will be published a couple of hours later then updated every 12 hours or so.

If you're not going to be able to get to a computer at that time I'll take names beforehand, but only one per orgnote as for main request. Then based on the number of people who email, I'll work out random slots to add these names into. So, depending on how many people want to sign up, I might add a random slot every fourth or fifth slot on the list for people who couldn't email after the time on Tuesday and have done so beforehand. Phew, does that make sense?

And yes, for this to work we need anyone with spares to get involved and let me know so if anyone sees anyone posting spares point them in this direction. If you got any that would be great. Hopefully this means if anyone does see tickets for sale they can buy the max amount - bank account willing - and know they'll be passed on to orgers. Obviously, they don't have to go through this system, just hoping it distributes tickets to as many people as possible.

well can but try all avenues - can't be that many people left without tickets can there?

I've been thinking that we should probably start a list of people looking for tickets for 21st main show and aftershow. That way if someone has spares, they can check the list and orgnote me. Obviously ticket selling rules would all apply, and it would need someone to co-ordinate it (which I'm happy to try to do). To spread the love, I think you should indicate your preference, main show or aftershow. If there's enough to go around for both well and good, but wouldn't it be better if more people get to see one part of the night than fewer seeing both?

Would involve you orgnoting me to give me your name/email address and a mobile or telephone number and then I'll add your name to this list. I'd say at this stage that perhaps it should be a one name/one ticket limit, that is you can't say 'I'm looking for four'. Think it would be fairer if you can only get one for yourself, although you can offer more than one ticket if you have more than one spare. The preference means that if there are enough tickets then obviously you can have a main show and aftershow, just not more than one of each.

To avoid howls of unfairness the matching up would be done on this basis; I'll set a starting time - 10am GMT (11am for those in UK) Tuesday at which point you all orgnote with your wants, and I'll start creating the list. FOR FAIRNESS DO NOT ORGNOTE BEFORE THEN IF YOU WANT ON THE LIST. The time gives everyone a reasonably equal chance to be first on the list. It'll be a first come, first served basis. And as much as it pains me to do this, I'll not put my name down for either. If by some miracle there are more spares than wants, then I'm ok. If not, I'll cry in the corner. But think this is probably the only way it can be done in any fair way. I took part in a similar list to get tickets to a cup final and while not everyone got sorted, quite a few did. Seems to make a little more sense than everyone orgnoting any poor soul who posts with a spare and might at least give everyone an idea how their chances are looking. Obviously mates will sort out mates before orgnoting me, but this allows those who don't really know anyone on here a chance to get a ticket.

Once you were matched up to a ticket(s) then I'll pass on the details to the relevant parties and they can sort out the exchange. I'm hoping to be off work Friday and at the aftershow on Thursday so can help out with that too if needed, and offering to be available on the phone on Friday for last minute availabilty. This also means that if anyone finds tickets on TM at last minute they can buy extra knowing there'll be people to match up to tickets so you're not out of pocket. Should I find any on TM I'll be buying as many as possible for this reason.

Anyway, let me know what you guys think. I'm sure there might be a flaw or two that I haven't thought of and needs ironed out, but hopefully some of you will be up for it.

Should just add that might need to put some sort of restriction to try to prevent touts, but hoping the five day rule might stop that.
