11th Aug Aftershow - Still no response Has anyone had a satisfactory resolution since the Aug 11th aftershow debacle?
I have called Ticketmaster several times & written to the fabled Joe Mead of AEG twice, but have yet to receive any form of response Can anyone offer advice????

I didn't get any reaction either from AEG. Ticketmaster reacts, but they keep saying that I should contact AEG.
I paid by creditcard and I turned back the transaction. Now the creditcardcompany will investigate the transaction. I stated that what was bought was not delivered, as the show got cancelled. For now I've got my money back, but I will have to wait and see what comes out of the investigation (unfortunately you had to sign when you picked up the tickets).

was this the date when there was just a DJ on stage??
i remember being told that if i come in, my tickets are deemed as used and that there is the opportunity to exchange for another night - but at that point i couldnt say whether id be back or not - so went in and it wasnt too good. im not sure what TM/AEG said on this one cos i got a replacement for the 4th August no show/Dr John, and i thought that they put a disclaimer on the site at that point?

[quote] Yeah, they said on the night that I could exchange tickets for an alternative night. I queued for over an hour without moving, & was told to come back to the o2 the next day. I did, only to be advised that I would have to contact Ticketmaster direct as I bought my tickets online. Since then, Ticketmaster keep fobbing me off by teling me to contact AEG (by post only), which I keep doing to no avail...

I have sent an email to the Indigo because I heard from someone he managed to exchange for another date at their box office. But no response so far...

I wasn't willing to queue on the night to change my tickets, so went in on Tuesday 14th and they asked if I'd put my name on a list. "no" I said, "I wasn't asked to", so she just said okay and changed them for entrance that night.
A friend then got in touch and told me he'd not used the ticket I bought for his friend, so I managed to get that swapped too at a later night's show. Just went to the counter, asked them to change it and they did. No hassle at all. Obviously as there are only two shows left, probably sold out, the situation is rather different now.

The 20th aftershow is not sold out on TM, so an exchange shouldn't be a problem

Anyone else got an emailadress from the Indigo apart from info@theindigo2.com?

Indigo2 box office exchanged my 2 11/08 aftershow tickets (they were unused) for 20/09 tickets without a problem, I had bought they from Ticketmaster online also. I couldn't attend another aftershow, so I sold them at face value to a fellow orger who's now going on 20/09.
