The arena opens at 6.

He's been on stage as early as 8.40 and as late as 9.10. I like to be in my seat at 8.30 just in case. Somebody usually starts at mexican wave before the lights go town which is always good fun.

Prince never comes on before 8:30pm. Usually between 8:45-9pm but get there for 8:30pm to be on the safe side!

The quickest/easiest way to get there is a tube on the Jubilee line to North Greenwich as the station is right next to the O2.

I don't know why anyone would want to get there for 6pm unless they wanted a full on meal first, and even then you can go earlier than that because the O2 is open all day - it's just the actual arena that opens at 6.

Show can start any time between 8:30 and 9pm. All support acts seem to have been dropped now (they usually came on for around 7:30 before).

He has been pretty timely last few nights few people were caught out on thursday when he was bang on time (8:45) -
It hasn't taken me more than 10 mins to get into the arena and once in there are plenty of food and drink outlets inside the arena so you could get in there grab a bite and get to your seat say for 830 just in case - hope this helps.

If you want to eat then get there for 6. The restaurants dont take reservations on show nights and advised us to be there by 6.

In my experience, if you want to eat in one of the restaurants within the 02 but outside of the arena, you need to get there before 6 if you don't want to stand in a ridiculously long queue. They really do start to get long between 5.30 and 6 and then for the rest of the evening.
