Block 111 all the way. Much much closer (even without being N instead of S)

Yeah but I'm not too interested about being closer....going to the aftershow anyway so will be close then. Much more interested in how good the sound will be? Was in 102 and the sound was shit. So shit that it completely spoilt it for me.

The sound can't be classed as "good" anywhere in the arena IME. Best sound for me so far has actually been down in C3... although it's hard to compare since my dates have been weeks apart, and I'm sure they're tweaking it the best they can from one night to the next.

I'd just go with the view you like best and leave it with that.

Sound at the aftershows seems to be fantastic though.

What are you talking about? Surely everyone on here is going to the o2 to see Prince because of his music. I know I am. I moan about the sound because if the sound is shit then what is the point? I am not impressed by celebrity. I am impressed by musical ability.

I was at the back of 105 a couple of weeks ago and the sound wasn't great (some distortion), but I've many other people comment that they think the sound is good there.

Hi All,

I have been to 9 of these shows and i cant say anywhere i have sat has had "good" sound. I thought this was due to playing in the round but it was just as "good" when i went to see Elton John a couple of weeks ago.

So given its all much of a muchness everywhere getting closer is the answer.

If you want good sound the Indigo is the place to be.

The best sound in the arena ought to be where the mix position is... which IIRC is at the top of the lower tier in blocks 106-107.

So get yourself seats high in 106/7 or low down in 411-412 if you're that worried.

Of course, the best sound is on my hi-fi. Maybe I'll stay at home and listen to that.
