Who else noticed how long it took security to stop that fight in the middle of the crowd during the aftershow last night? Crazy! Prince turned his back for ages until it was sorted out.

I was chatting to the bouncer who dealt with the first fight just moment before it happened, and I saw him removing someone off the floor. I got he impression that it was dealt with very quickly and professionally.

But a fight at a Prince gig? I wager that it may have been fueled by booze+testosterone. I'm a little saddened that my first post on prince.org is about a fight, especially after the amazing night that I had last night, with the concert plus the aftershow.

Seems there are always random disruptive elements in the crowd. Which is why I'm suggesting that we be careful with the glowstick idea.

That first fight was almost right behind me. I wondered what was happening.

On the right hand side of the stage. I didn't want to watch them, but everyone was pointing at something and Prince walked off and turned his back against the crowd until it was sorted....

i was talking to one of the security ppl at the 12th a/show and then asked if theres a band playing - its was hes first day, but when i said Prince said he aint playing - you should have seen hes colleagues faces when they heard this - can you imagine, no shoving, no need for cameras coming out - no idiots rucking.

Sad really!

So many brawls going on! i love it! security at O@ are terrible. no pressence at all. one lad sat on stage looked like a fat harry potter and scared stiff at the crowd looking at him. When a girl got on stage un-inviredly he upturned his palms and looked to his collegue across the way as if to say "what do we do"

02 security = shit houses.

The worst violent attack i saw was one guy stamping all over another fan in the indigo toilets screamong "wendy and Lisa were not the creative force behind prince's mid 80's work you fucker you".

Too much into the music and trying to dance somewhat in rhythm, I guess...
BTW, this aftershow was the most exhausting and wonderful experience I've ever had with my clothes on
