Just to let you all know that I received a phone call from someone at AEG live yesterday saying that they had received my letter of complaint re the VIP tickets which I had bought for 1 August.
They were very sorry and would like to offer me tickets for Thursday 20 September but couldn't confirm if they were VIP or normal priced seating. I can't go on Thursday as I'm in Scotland and am actually flying down on Friday for last night show! I asked if they had any better seats for Friday night show as I'm in block 116 but he said if was a sell out. Unfortunately I had been napping when he phoned so I wasn't quick enough to ask if there were any aftershow tickets left!
He then said that I would get passed to refunds and that they would send me an email so I'm still waiting on that. At least there's some progress. Has anyone else received a refund from AEG live and does anyone have any spare aftershow tickets for 21st, pleeeeease!!!!
