As Prince didn't show up surely we should get a refund?

The only reason they did exchanges/refunds was because there was NO live act or entertainment that night. Just the "DJ".

personally i think there si a claim for money back on technicallity..like the banks are having to refund charges over the last six years,cause they are deemed un fair...i believe that the fact the rider about he is not bound to appear is actually in small print and not on the front of the ticket could be deemed misleading..if people got to gether and challenged ticket master,,and for the price of a few small claim court cases,,i believe any fair minded judge would rule a refund.....

if you add it up...the ticket price,time in the venue and the money spent on drinks whilst waiting for something thats not gonna happen,,and the venue will know this.....if it was me ,id threaten legal action in small claims court..get a small gang of you together and try a test case like they do in america.....

Bought 20th aftershow this morning so now going to aftershows this Sunday and Thursday and Friday of next week. Would be nice if he played at all of them but we'll see. All I can say is BRING IT ON!!!!!

have heard some people have complained about the fact the Q launch over run by so much cutting our night short and the fact that the place although it had a cleaning crew clean it still smelt like piss and sick and the floor was horrible and stick in some part ( dont even wanna know what that was ) should think they are more likely to get a refund than those complaining about no prince at least we had some members of the NPG (who were amazing) and those other musicians sure they werent the NPG but wow they could play the guy on the bass was brilliant and we had little red riding hood

I didn't notice any smells of sick or piss. Sticky floor? It always ends up like at the aftershow so no different really.
