Is queue for Kings Row at Indigo2 same as the looong queue for downstairs or is there a separate entrance ?

So this is a different entrance to normal balcony then as have been told elsewhere that balcony queue is same as for downstairs ?

Wanted to check entry procedure first 'cos from past experience O2 staff not the best with info once main arena has finished.
