I couldnt resist on Sunday , those tickets in C3 were just too much, so i brought 2 and took me mate for free.

These posts are fantastic. I am so happy that so many people are enjoying the shows to that point that marriages are in trouble from repeated trips.

Seriously, I hope his "people" relate this to him. His shows are truly a grand event. I know I always try to experience as many as I can.

Single and living in greater London.. I've been to 5 main and 1 aftershow, on Wednesday it will be 6 main and 2 aftershows. People think I have lost the plot.
But they are too good to miss out on. I only went to my first one on the 24th of August, I wish I'd thought about getting tickets earlier!! All those shows I missed out on... Desperate to be their on the last night, even though still ticketless...

Just bought an aftershow ticket for tomorrow, my condition is getting worse!

My one main show only turned into 2 and then 3 before the shows started when just browsing TM and finding better seats each time for different dates. Since going to the first one it's turned into 8 main shows and 4 aftershows.

I don't think there'll be any more.

Aww, I wish but I really really can't. I've got this Sunday's aftershow and the main show on 21st lined up. All the rest left are midweek dates. I may be Princed out for the main show by now but I will KICK myself if I miss an aftershow like I did on Sunday & they require time off work

August 1st feels like yesterday..

well my 3 main shows and 3 aftershows will have turned in to 9 main show and 15 aftershows opps

so i will have been to 25 shows/aftershows since May

1 main show has turned into 4 main shows plus 2 aftershows which could turn into 4 aftershows!

I was planning on doing 4 mainshows and 3 or 4 aftershows, I couldn't really afford to do much this year as I spend a stupid amount going to Minneapolis for 7/7/7 but on the opening didn't have tickets and managed to get Block 111 about 2 hours before the show, couldn't go the afterparty that night. Didn't go 3rd, 4th and 7th, felt I missed out a bit but went 10th and 11th, afterparty on 10th, and then I dunno what happened, I think I've actually lost count just going nuts, getting more in debt and may even run the risk of getting fired.

The worse thing is the more I go to, the more I think about the shows I missed 28th aftershow, the 7th opening mainshow with just him and the guitar etc is that a symptom of this fever or have I contracted something more lethal

no its sadly a symptom looking back at the shows you have missed what i hate most is i went to the oppersite aftershows to what prince did at the weekends otherwise i would have been at all the aftershows he played at but think about it this way i doubt we will ever get anything like it again or at least not for a while (not that i wouldnt say no ) so after it is all over do you wanna look back and regret what you didnt go to when you had the chance or look back and think wow what an amazing summer i know which one i am gonna be doing though i think i am gonna have withdrawal symptoms for a while

I guess I've been kinda lucky was planning on going both 10th and 11th afterparty, 11th was a total write, didn't go 17th so had feeling bout 18th and got tixs on the day, the following week wanted to see Common so went on the 24th, 25th couldn't go, last week managed to get tixs off somewhere on org and went just to the aftershow.

Yeah, I got a touch of it. Was originally only going to 3 main shows but I got a last minute ticket last week and the week before on top of those. Was hoping to get another this morning, but no joy.

I had a very nervous few minutes I can tell you... hopefully I made the right decision, and they don't go and release a load of A1/A2 or D1/D2 seats now... as soon as my order had been processed, went to check again and it was coming up with nothing, so I guess I was incredibly lucky to randomly check when I did!

Happy enough with C1 as I haven't been on the floor yet, so it will be a nice change for my 5th show. Then I have floor for the last two nights, so I guess I can get some neck-straining practice in during the week!
