Hi Nussle - how's it going ? I waved and grinned at HIM for you last night biggrin

I don't want to alarm you ... or anyone else on here but my tickets for the 6th and the 21st that I ordered from TM did not arrive in the post. So I contacted TM and they said that they would cancel them and I could pick up my replacement ticket for the 6th and the 21st on the respective nights.

Picked up my ticket for the 6th at the box office at O2 with no probs BUT when I got to my seat there was someone in my seat with an identical ticket to mine. It turns out he bought this ticket from ebay. So someone either stole / intercepted or just happened to get my tickets in the post instead of me and sold them on ebay. Some people have no morals

The guy was cool, said that he had bought Prince tickets from ebay for previous shows with no probs but had not bought any from this seller before - he was adamant that he would get his money bay from Paypal (and I hope he does) but was understandably bummed that he could not see the show that night, as by that time it was Sold Out.

Anyhow, the next day I was curious about what he said and did a search on ebay for my other missing ticket for the 21st and lo' and behold it was there being sold for 102 quid.

To cut a long story short I contacted TM and they confirmed that it was my ticket of offer and ebay was informed and the Auction was ended with all bids cancelled. It turns out that this person had bought the ticket from another ebayer and paid 170 quid for it and now can't sell it on themselves confused

By the way I'm sure that you will be fine picking up your ticket on the day - just make sure that you have all your documentation from TM confirming your transaction.

I ended up getting three extra tickets for the show on the 28 August. The name on the extra three was alphabetically very close to my surname, so obviously was just an error in separating the tickets. Luckily enough I was able to track down and contact the person who was expecting the tickets. Needless to say, she was very pleased when I met her to give her the tickets.

Later that same day I got a free ticket to the Rolling Stones. Just goes to show what goes around comes around! biggrin
