Just had a call from the conmen at AEG after complaining weeks ago about the VIP bull! just to shut me up they offered me a ticket to the VIP reception for the 20th along with the worst seats in the house Upper tier block 402. They claimed the VIP crap has changed apparently improved? What do I care it would still cost me a couple of hundred in expenses to go to a crap reception and crap seats. Told them what they can do with their offer very politely of course, they claim they'll add me to a list of people who will be offered a refund of some sort in a couple of weeks, not holding my breath on this probably only offer a free meal at the Suasage place at the o2! Before anyone starts a moan I bought the VIP tickets on the pretence by ticketmaster that the rest of the shows were sold out, and sitting there watching Prince's backside for a couple of hours aint my idea of fun!

You probably should inform both AEG and ticketmaster that only a full refund is acceptable. And that if aeg don't give you a full refund it is ticketmasters duty to refund you.

You have done as much as you can do for now, I think.

Unless getting all angry after you have got what you want helps...go and be happy..

Didn't get angry for once but did ask for a full refund. But at least their admitting liability to the fact they put on a sham of a VIP event by offering what little they have.

no offense ... I think ppl that didn't receive the product as advertised should get a refund ... for sure ...

Never been one for joining since the days of getting stung by the controversy fan club back in the day. Still like to read the forums to see what's going on plus wanted to let fellow fans that ended up with terrible views after paying a premium that their maybe hope on the horizon.
