I along with many others have complained to AEG and TM regarding a number of things eg misrepresentation Abysmal customer service. It appears they ignore complaints in the hope that customers will go away!... I am therefore going to to put a dossier to the DTI, the press, Phillip Anshutz in US. Consumer council etc. If you have complained and not had your complaint dealt with to your satisfaction please give brief details below. Please stae if poor customer service.. misrepresentation... mislead... drunks, beer or food all over the arena floor,..security problems anything that you think relevant its about time the customer came 1st ! or they lose their monopoly !
