I was just listening to Parade smile

And before that side 1 of Purple Rain - I've got it on vinyl and still have the big poster in it! Most of my Prince stuff is on vinyl - I've got it all on Mp3 too, but it's great listening to it on the turntable.

Yeah, it's good! I remember seeing it at the cinema back in 1986 I think it was, and crying my eyes out at the end.

Graffiti Bridge. untouchable in every way. the best acting you have ever seen, coupled with totally believable sets.

the man really should make more films. he's so good at it.

The stars of Graffiti Bridge are Morris Day and Jerome Benton - they should be a comedy double act - "pimp sandwich" lol

It's ace smile especially as a big gatefold like this. I was listening to Sometimes it Snows in April - ahhh memories of seeing it live at last the other night!

I have The Vault in my car at present, and just about getting my fill of Stevie Wonder for the moment, so that'll likely be popped in on the way home.

Yes, with the sad passing of Bergman & Antonioni, Rogers Nelson takes his riteful place as the foremost director of the modern age, n'est ce pas?

Yeah, I had Parade on the gatefold album. Dunno where it it is now though - I only have CD's now. I also had the Lovesexy album on vinyl which I had signed by Prince "Love God P88" which he signed for me at Wembley Conference Centre in 1988 during the Lovesexy tour when a small group of fans were invited to "meet" him. I also had the SOTT heart shaped badge which Prince also signed the back Love God P88 and I don't know what I did with that either!

I've moved a few times since 1988 so they're definitely not in my house now! They're long lost now I'd say. sad Still have the memories of getting them though. Nobody can those that away!

I Would Die 4 U. Great lyrics. One of my favourite lines from a P song is from Adore - "if God one day struck me blind your beauty I'd still see". I just love that line.

Adore? I don't know. In fact I don't think I've ever heard him do Adore live. Another line I like is from When 2 R In Love - "let me touch your body til your river's an ocean". Oh yeah!
