Bell end or Balls?

This one's for the floor specialists/tm junkies.

My fav block is D2/D1 followed by A3. I got the chance to go Sun 16th C2 row P and everytime I walk past and try and see what the view is like, it doesn't look too great (compared to D), like I'll have to crane my neck up, and he stands quite far back frfom this position.

Has anyone stood at C2 row P, and if so, how does it compare to D blocks?

Bell end or left bollock - what d'ya say guys?

This is how spolit I am wink

Hey, it's like a new star wars droid - C2D2.

Cheers,

Veej.

Veej C2 row P is the 2nd row from front at base of symbol - the seating goes backard Q-A rather than A-Q in C2 so you'll have awesome seats - I did on the 28th!

You may have to crane up alittle but he faces that way for most of show and he comes down and you can look him dead in the eye (and then almost faint like I did) when he strolls down which he does quite frequently!

I'm in C2 row Q on the 21st. At 6ft I don't expect any viewing problems! smile

You sure about that? I was in row F on another night and that was the last row. I'm sure it's P,Q then A-F.

Hi Veej

Looks like we missed a great Aftershow last night sad

I've been in central C2 Row E and it was OK. You do feel a bit distant when he's in his central position on the stage though as you suspect. But of course when he's up in the point you are very close.

I think you are better to be at the sides like you say though or even better I think are side front. I was in B2 last night and that was great. You can see him face on at a slight angle when he's in the centre of the stage. For the piano segments he had his back to us, but then again we were very close!

C2 are very good seats though so I'd go for it - slightly craned neck or not!

Personally, I would put the best seats in this order:

1. Block 111, Row A to G, seats 323-324 (end of aisle)

2. Block 111, Tow A to G, seats 325-333

3. Any aisle seat on the walkway between block D1 & D2 (Seats are tight down there!)

4. Block 102, Row A -G, seats 86-96

5. Any aisle seat on the walkway in block B2/B1

6. Anywhere in C2, C1, C3, A3, D3, remainder of rows A-G in 111, 102, 110, 103. or AA-HH in 106/107.

I'm in block D2 row H on Sunday but I'm not sure if it's an aisle seat or not.

Artefact

I was in C2 Row P on 1st Sept. It is the front row of the block. Because you're so close to the stage, the stage-mounted lights & monitor sometimes obscure the view. BUT, (and it makes me shivery just thinking about it now), when Prince comes to the front of the stage.....F-ing hell, it's amazing. He sang The Rules from start to finish about 2 metres in front of us, just amaznig. You also have a bit of room to boogie, which is great. Even when P's on his spot at the mic, it's still awesome.

I much preferred it to D1 Row G.

Hmmm...strange. So I was right about the row order then?? When I sat in row F I remember looking at the front two rows as I walked past and I'm sure I saw row P first. Wonder how naimak1 got 2nd row when he was in row P? Maybe they changed it for that night??
