Common - how was he??? I would've loved to have gone to the main show and afterparty the night COMMON was helping out.
How was Common? Did he rap good? Did he perform well alongsie Prince? Which of his songs did he perform? | |

I was not aware of Common at all - and I am not a real big hip-hop fan..... that said, I did think he was very good - and despite his obvious deference to Prince's mastery, and the fact that he was slightly out of his depth, I do think they worked quite well together at the aftershow. I really enjoyed it! I have since donwloaded his new album, and am getting most of it..... am loathe to admit that I like the track he did with the awful Lily Allen. lol ......in the alley over by the kerb.... | |

He was awesome. Performed Go, The People and lots more. Brain freeze right now. He was with P at aftershow too. Amazing show - two bands on stage at times. Common rappin and P on guitar - words are not enough. Man, did you miss a great, great show. Oh, and Common was on stage with P during main concert too. Took a while for him to get up on the stage as security wouldn't let him up there, but when he did he was groovin. What a night!  | |

LOVE me some Common wit his sexy sef!  Go is the sexiest hip hop song EVER! Glad to hear he did well. There was also not any mention of how Mya did when she opened. | |
