Hello,

Anyone else suffering from org, concert forum fatigue?

I feel I've been rather obsessively checking this forum since the 21 nights were announced. I've now been to my last concert for this tour, so planning to take a break from the org for a while.

It's been fun, see you all again soon.

Since all this started, I seem to have spent most of my time either going to Prince concerts, organising going to Prince concerts, talking about Prince concerts, reading about Prince concerts, looking at TM and ORGing. Also feel my life has been on hold , ive been off work ill since this tour began but i feel aggitated if i do not log on frequently , i feel like ive not spoke to my husband for weeks and have not had a conversation without prince s name in it or related to it for months but hey its been worth it !!!

In a way, you're lucky to be off work (but not ill) my boss is really patient with me but is looking forward to week beginning 24th September so I can get back to normal (she hopes)

In a way - i kind of wish that I didn't work with a computer in front of me - at least I could go to work and get away from Prince for a bit - and get on with my job. mind you - then I'd spend all evening on PC at home and never talk to my kids/ husband! I have a really big event at work on 17th/ 18th sept - and I'm going to show & aftershow on 16th - I'm just praying that I don't stuff up or I could be in serious trouble! I don't think sleeping in or snoring through my presentation is an option! Of course - I'm also going to be sulking big-time too because that is my last concert and my summer of Prince will be all over. God - it's not looking good!

None of my friends understand my obsession with prince but some have mellowed over the summer ,last year on my hen night they all dressed up in prince masks and sang to me upon me returning from the loo it was heaven 30 princes in the same room even the dj had one in his box before the night was out.
my little sister did not understand so much when he whole family went to london on her sweet 16th to see prince it took up the whole weekend !!!

still need to go back only went to one concert due to child care etc still holding out for one more before the summers out ....

My wife thought I'd be back to semi-normal after I'd seen him but it just makes you want to go again.

Me too ,though the world had ended last week when my lil sister went last minute without me ...but she ended up felling guilty when he played one of my favourites so that was punishment !!!

My lil sister has just gone and bought tickets to the 21st - and I'll be away with work - so I can't go. I guess I shall still have to speak to her but it will be v.tough to listen to how good the show was - I do hope it's brilliant for her - but then if it's too good I shall have to sob over missing it! It's just a good job I like my sister quite a lot!
