Depends what you mean by best. If you want to be standing up, on the dance floor and near the action, then the standing tickets are best. If you want a more civilised time, sitting down upstairs, then the seated ones are best. Not sure how much that helps but there's no obvious answer. For me, it's standing all the way but then after being on my feet for the main show, standing in the queue and then standing for an hour+ waiting for the aftershow to start, a seat suddenly seems like it would have been a great idea. Hey, if you are going solo, get a ticket downstairs. When we were there on Friday night, we could see upstairs to the balcony and although they had seats and a fabulous view, there wasnt much of an atmosphere going on up there - in my opinion. I like the feel of the crowd and as others have said, you get a great view no matter where you are downstairs, plus you can have a little drink and boogie while you wait for the band to start.

I was there on friday and the people sat up in the balcony looked very bored for most of the night. standing is definitely the best!

I went past the queue on 3rd Aug and it looke dlike chaos....I wouldnt know where to go when coming out of the main show Last night we just joined the back of the queue just past 11:30 when they started letting people in. We were in there in no time at all and had plenty of space to move around and chose a position to stay in for the show. Unless you want to rush to the very front of the stage, there's no point in standing around in that line for a long time when no-one has been allowed in yet.

Is there anywhere to dance in the balcony (£25 seats)? What is the seating like? Not cinema style surely?

When I went passed there were 2 queues...thast what confused me. One was queueing in the direction everybody was leaving the arena in and the other was queueing back the other way at a different door

My bank balance is not looking too rosy though, so perhaps not! www.filmsfilmsfilms.co.uk - The internet's best movie site!

Does anyone know the difference between the £25 and £75 BALCONY priced aftershow tickets?
Tickmaster says 'unreserved' balcony access for £25 - does that mean you can go anywhere up there, on a first-come first-served basis? Just thinking I'll need my legs for the drive all the way back to Basingstoke in the early hours! "Don't give me no funky, funky blue cheese, we're all members of the animal kingdom..."

Have done both and gotta say I preferred the balcony- simply because I'm short & don't like being dribbled on by drunks. The atmosphere was superb up there on Saturday! It's unreserved seating but I will say if you're on the front row the security come round & give stern warnings about not standing up during show (!), they make a few lame attempts to get people sitting but give up after a few songs. I had an unobstructed, amazing view, danced like a lunatic. Would've paid quadruple for ticket.
