I recieved my e-tickets the otherday for the aftershow on the 12th. However, i am unable to print off my PDF tickets. Whenther i click on the 'download' option i get a prompt which reads

internet explorer was unable to open this internet site. the requested site is either unavailible or not found. please try again later


Hmmmm i have tried this over many hours only to be greeted with the same response. I have sent an email to TM but have heard nothing back as of yet.

has anybody else experienced this? how did you rectify it?

Are you able to open the pdf? What happens when you try to print it?

When I've done ticketfast I've received a pdf document not a link. You should have reveived 2 emails I think. One confirming and the other with the pdf document. attached.

the pdf comes in the form of an attatchment right click on the attatchment and save that

Some times computers don't allow me to open attachments from hot mail - I always have to send it to another address

Ladymisskat sussed it out. i forwarded the email to another acount and it let me open it

If go down to the O2 box office with the credit card you ordered with and your order ref number, they will print off your tickets there and then on the night.

I ordered two pairs of tickets the same day i was going. One pair came through via email. The other pair didn't, so I explained this to box office peeps and they just printed it in mins!

If the icon doesn't work, go 2 FILE and scroll down to PRINT, select how many copies and press ok. If that doesn't work, then I know a guy that works in IT who may b able to assist further.
