He also did a full version of Guitar on the main show within the first three or four songs but sorry can't remember which order.

thanks guys, have updated, and just remembered a few more.. Listening to Sex Machine at home now, it's about as close as I can get to last night! Sad to admit, but we're even thinking of taking tea at The Dorchester this afternoon lol

Nothing sad about that! You go for it. Have a lovely time. Plenty of time to try to catch me again! Going on 16th and 21st! It's funny - I don't seem to be able to get last night out of my head and yet when I try to recall it my mind goes blank. Weird.

A few other minor corrections...

He didn't play the first verse of Little Red Corvette, he sang the first line ONLY. A bit disappointing - it was Saturday night after all.

And Prince was the main vocalist on What You Need at the aftershow - Shelby merely sang the song out with the 'What You Need, What You Need' bit at the end with Prince solo-ing like mad.

EDIT: And he also sang The One (New Power Soul) in full having introduced it with a few guitar bars of The Question of U.

Thanks guys, The One was at the aftershow though wasn't it? Have amended to the Question of U intro... I really want to to this to try and fix the memory in my head (it'll always be in my heart), but a list of songs just doesn't do it justice, you can never really capture the freestyle way the sequence goes, and the sprinkles of other songs that mixed into a track... It's impossible to describe!

Thank YOU Artefact for piecing the setlist together.
It's indeed worth it. And yes it was an AMAZING night biggrin

I think the Lolita/Black Sweat and Kiss segment was later in the show - after the pianomedley.
Perhaps before Question of u etc. (He's handed the guitar by a twin during Kiss)
Not sure though.
I'm positive that Cream was followed by U Got the Look however

On the 28th I remember vividly that the pianomedley was followed by Lolita, BS and Kiss. BS and Kiss was played back to back on all 3 nights I went too (28th,31st and 1st). After the first 2 nights I was fairly certain that the "now what shall we play - speech" after BS would be followed by Kiss and indeed it was wink

I can't tell you how glad I am that you guys started this thread - Thanks Artefact hug I'm the same, so funked that I can't keep the order straight in my head nuts and I was starting to stress that I couldn't remember all of it.

I just wish that all orger's could have been easily identified - I kept looking at people thinking 'I wonder if they org...' lol Maybe we could get badges or t-shirts or something for NEXT time thumbs up!

If anyone's interested I was the slightly overweight lady with shoulder length straight blonde hair and glasses, long swirly patterened top and for the most part I was perfecting my 'fingers in the mouth' whistle, screaming at the top of my lungs and generally embarassing myself and my poor husband... wink
I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

C'mon and dance while you, while you still have your cherry babe, cherry babe..
