aftershow tickets Hey I'm still having trouble getting confirmation about my aftershow tickets they say yeah its ok over the phone but ive asked them to send me an e mail confirming this as I dont want to take any chances on the tickets not waiting at the box office after everything else that has happened! and they just not sending me one...
Has anyone else had better luck with these replacement tickets? Their customer service is SHITE!!!!! | |

Has anyone else had better luck with these replacement tickets? Their customer service is SHITE!!!!! Do they not even give you a reference number? Thats all I got when I booked my hotel, no confirmation email but it worked out fine. Seems things are done way more casual these days. | |

Ive just been onto them and theyre saying theyve just run a check on my credit card and it doesnt look like i bought aftershow tickets for 3rd aug????? passed me onto someone else again this is just shocking I have never had so much difficulty with a company in my life! | |

They should have given you a confirmation number. This is what they say on the website:
If you have a confirmation number but have not yet received a confirmation email from us there is no need to worry. The fact that you have a confirmation number usually signifies the booking has been successful. Please double check the email address given is spelt correctly as this can lead to failure in receiving your confirmation email. | |

I had a nightmare getting confirmation for auction tickets, took about 2 weeks. My advice just keep chasing them and get a name so you can keep going back to the same person - eventually you p*ss them off so much that actually send it!
