Nope I haven't had any reply yet today and it's 6pm so i'm assuming I won't now. If I haven't heard by tomorrow afternoon, I'll give em another call just to make sure they received it

I just wanted to go and see Prince again and enjoy the VIP evening like I thought I would have done last time - really looking forward to Sunday night. I feel pretty confidant I'll get some sort of refund cos Maxine said I would, she just didn't know how much for. I'm assuming now it's just a matter of going through the formalities and being patient as she said it could take 2weeks.

I really hope your VIP is fantastic this time around and makes up for all the crap!

Oh thanks for that. I do know someone who is going on the 21st and Maxine has given them the VIP package and they are using their own original seat tickets - that might be a thought.
