Prince interviewed by Larry King in December 1999 - Brilliant! First time I have seen the interview between Larry King and TAFKAP (it was done in 1999). I have never seen Prince open up so much. Pure magic and Prince comes across as a very down to earth person.

I have to say Prince comes across as being a really down to earth guy in this one. I've seen some pretty awful interviews with not so talented musicians who just come across as really arrogant. | |

Wow found the video on you tube.. the above link didnt work for me but found it through google... My question is.. how can I download a copy of this interview I wanna keep it forever!!  Why do I keep hitting myself with a hammer? Because it feels so good when I stop. | |

i'm blown-away surprised by the interview. never seen anything like this from or about P. THANK YOU. he's eloquent, and quite capable to "doing an interview" well. obviously, he's shyed away from them cause he didn't wanna do 'em, NOT cause he was afraid of 'em. i just really respect his perspective of keeping his personal life private. i appreciated his remark about "it being about the music and anything PERSONAL is a GIFT to be given by the artist." also, i am inspired by his remarks about living in the NOW and not getting stuck in situations that don't work. he seems so CAPABLE of effectively assessing his art & business and makes it look effortless. he looked like he was in a really good place in his life - physically & spiritually. i'm just so surprised he seemed so approachable & conversational w/Larry. maybe he'll do more w/Larry, cause it's obvious Larry put P at ease. Larry's the DUDE.  | |

I had the same thought but could not work out a way to do it. As it can be googled you can always get access to it.
