If it wasn't for the fact we were sat behind Prince for most of the night this would have been the most awesome show.

I thought this was the best set list so far! Absolutely loved it.

Could have been longer!

Plus at the aftershow Mike Philly showed respect by hitting fist with me. Nice one! Made a great night. But who was the prat kicking off at the front of the aftershow. I think he was complaining about the fact Prince didn't play. Loser!

Got 3 more shows and 3 moreb aftershows to go. Including the last night. Can't wait!

Have 2 say we were there 24th which was an amazing gig but 25th was something special i agree due 2 the settlist & maybe us sitting rather close 2 the stage Block 111 Row F 329/30 just at the squiggle.

Planet earth sounds fantastic live. It was a good start to the show, I dont think the non-fans got it though the whole mood lifted during 1999 thats when the real show began for them.

i have to agree out all of the main shows i have been to this was my favourite by far and i loved where i was sat D2 row D because although the view wasnt the best (couldnt see the piano segment very well) the atmosphere was great apart from the people in front decided that when prince was playing sometimes it snows in april was the best time to talk (to each other and on the phone) and get more drinks for themselves as well as ask others loudly if they wanted anything

the aftershow was good as well considering we had no prince and the roadie/security who came on stage and had words with the guy who was pushing up-front shouting about how he had payed 25 pounds for prince seemed to catch on to what the crowds near by were trying to do (get security's attention) quicker than the actual security who seemed to think shining a torch on the guy was gonna solve the problem one other thing i thought it was horrible for people to be shouting we want prince whilst the NPG were playing sure everyone would have liked to have seen prince play as well but show some respect for those onstage

Nearly did't go to this show.

Looked on ticketmaster and 2 tix for bk111 row F were offered. What a result !!

Me & the mrs only brought tix at 5.30pm on the 25th.

That gave us 3 hours to get ready and drive from Southampton,

Bearing in mind it takes Her a good half an hour to pick shoes, this was some feat ! But we made it !

Sat with Aliuk1 from the org and had another great night out !!!!!

Went to the after show too. Great to hear Prince's band.

Arrived back in Southampton just after 5am, completely Knackerd !

i must admit i am shocked that people think the 25th was better than the 24th

the 24th was simply out of this world, it was the type of raw show that makes Prince so famous for his shows, 25th, was a polished show, although after the piano set, he went abit crazy, and made us work abit, lol

i dont think people picked up on the vibes he was sending out, he did not want to be there

not that does not surprise me, 2 hour aftershow the night before, lol

and a boring saturday night crowd, who find music a noisy disturbance, could only laugh when he told the crowd, they should just go home and watch Big Brother

but "honky Tonk woman" was a killer, and the beautiful ones, and of course not forgetting "Black Sweat"

soon, in 15 hours, we will be there again

I sat behind Prince for this show too, it was great. But, in my opinion, the show the night before was slightly better.

yes, i remember now. mallrats was actually the last of the view askew movies i saw and the one im least familiar with, having only watched it 2 or 3 times, whereas i must have seen clerks, clerks2, chasing amy, jay and silent bob strike back, and dogma at least 8 or 9 times each.

I wont be able to make the 21st now , a friend messed me about so much on the eleventh, we fell out and he has my tix and hotel booking. Hope u all have a great time tho.

He aint talkin to me, I was so annoyed with him being so unreliable , we were supposed to share room etc last time and he messed me about and decided to change plans without saying...was soooo annoyed we fell out. His friend physically has them and will have given them to someone elso probably. I cant afford hotel myself anyway. just trying not to think about it now . Its all too sad and upsetting.

Yep...I shouldnt have shouted at him but believe me he did mess me about big time and I ended up on my own at the aftershow and prince didnt show up and then i had to get back to hotel myself etc etc. I wasnt bothered bout main show but really wanted to go to the aftershow on the last nite. It hurts me too much im trying to forget which is impossible when u listen to prince everyday, .. does anybody understand?
