Box Office Collection A friend has bought tickets for the 31st and 1st and has opted to collect them from the O2 and he wants to get both sets of tickets at the same time - has anyone managed to collect tickets for different nights at one time? Is it possible?

I collected my tix on the day of the concert (opening night) and asked to be given the other tix that I had purchased for Sept 6th. They refused. | |

Same for me regarding tickets for the aftershows. Tickets have to be collected on the day of the event. | |
