PRINCE IS A JW. HE ISNT ALLOWED TO PLAY VERY EXPLICIT LYRICS NOW!

SAD BUT TRUE WHEN YOU ARE A JW, YOU R NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY EXPLICIT LYRICS IN CONCERT OR WHEREVER. MAYBE WHY PRINCES SET LIST IS VERY SIMILAR EACH NIGHT.

I think even something like Gett Off is too explicit for these shows, sadly. I'd love to hear Sexy MF but that ain't gonna happen, is it?

Also, remember that people who were Prince fans in the 80s and 90s are now taking their kids 2 these shows and with 2days "nanny", "do good" society, I think it would b inappropiate for them 2 hear such songs as Darling Nikki, Gett Off, Lets Pretend We're Married, etc. and Prince recognizes this!!!! sad sad

I want to hear Undisputed, Get Off, Silicon, S & M Groove, My Name Is Prince, Sacrifice of Victor, 319 and Days of Wild to name a few! What do you think the chances of him singing them are.

Prince can sing those songs and muffle the words a bit.... but as long as he refrains from acting them out he is in safe mode with JW (ie will still be promised a seat in JW heaven.

If I remember rightly, on the first night he, ahem, 'Sunk his thing like buried treasure'. Now maybe it's just me & my filthy mind, but I took it that he was referring to his perfumed length of love muscle. Or maybe he was referring to the time that he buried his old sofa in the garden because the bin men refused to take it away & he didn't have the £15 to pay the council to remove it.
I'm all confused now.

The fact that he was about to shag his Mic stand suggests to me that it was 'sink'.
If it is 'seek' is it a line from a song that I'm unfamiliar with?

There are many songs where prince might consider modifying the original lyrics in order to continue performing them but adhere more closely to his current beliefs. He has been doing that for several years now.

So songs such as 'Days Of Wild', 'Gett Off' and 'DMSR' have continued to feature in the setlists on occasions during the last decade, but subject to change.

These alterations have had little effect on Prince's ability to ring the changes live, and Prince's setlist over the course of the London O2 concerts series has to date been reasonably varied. It's certainly as varied as tours when he saw no need to consider some songs were either off-limits or required lyrical modification.

Don't be foolish, who's gonna stop him? Prince does not want to do that stuff anymore. Why can't people see he's a changed man? has been for over 10 years now!

PRINCE IS A JW. HE ISNT ALLOWED TO PLAY VERY EXPLICIT LYRICS NOW!

Hmm, I was just thinking, what did he mean the last two shows, when he was singing: "people call me rude, I wish we all were nude, I wish there was no black and white, I wish there were no rules"??? confused

Nothing explicit about the lyrics in Cream.
That song is about how amazing Prince himself is. He himself is the cream that floats to the top... any other interpretation exists solely in your own mind, as Prince has been explaining what the song is about for years now.
