2 qs: f3 vs 112 and starting time of aftershow

Hi,

now that a lot of people have gone to the concerts at 02, I would like your help. I am coming over from Germany with my wife to see Prince (my 5th concert over the years - starting in 1986 - , but first for the wife). I got the following tickets:

Friday 31:
2 tix floor level BK F3, row C, seats 51/52
2 tix upper tier BK 404, row M, seats 534/535

Saturday 1st
2 tix lower tier BK 112, Row V, seat 369/370

If you only were to go once, what seats would you choose? I know the verdict is still out on the F3 seats... Is the drum set really in the view?

Secondly, for the aftershow - at what time does Prince start to play more or less? Will it be very late night (e.g. 2 am?)

Any info appreciated!!!

slaphead

I've not been in F3 or 404, but was in 112 on Saturday & had a great time. Although Prince did spend the lions share of the show facing towards the pointy end, there was enough going on to hold my attention. Being slightly raised ( I was in row C) I got to see the lights from the stage. You will get a better view of those from row V. I could see Prince the vast majority of the time although he wasn't always facing in my direction.
As for the Aftershow, he came on stage around 12.30am. It was just him & the band on that occasion & it was a killer!!!! Presumably if whoever is opening the main show opens the aftershow, then Prince will come on a bit later (if at all!!). But it's a cool venue with plenty of room to chill out & have a sherry or 3! The show finished around 2.30 on Saturday.

I havent sat in the floor seats but I can tell teh angle of viewing aint hot at all,,,the stage is way to high for your angle of sight to see anything but the drum, keyboards and Prince if he decided to venture right to that end of teh stage...which he rarely does.

112 all the way.

Aftershow, no guaranteed time, no guaranteed lebgth and no guaranteed show.

Ive just got to figure out how to get int to indigo2 ....there were 3 different queues when I went past
