Hi All,

Does anyone have any idea of when Ticketmaster changed the description re the VIP tickets from 'the very best seats within the first 10 rows of the stage' to
'the very best seats within the first 10 rows on the floor and first 10 rows in the Mid Tiers'.

i'm not sure exactly, but they are aware they did it, and they aren't denying they did it, and they have issued refunds on the basis of that change for people who bought tickets before the change and got tier seats, as they goods/services provided differed from those described as point of sale, as per the sale of goods act 1994

the same argument could be used if you were given seats at the back of the stage for vip, as they are technically not "the very best seats" albeit within the first 10 rows, the very best seats being those in the front section
