A Quick Report

OK, firstly the bad. Prince's people couildn't organise themselves out of a paper bag! They messed up with the tickets for the members as they were given to us with row and seat number. When we got inside (about 20 minutes before the doors opened to the public by the way) Prince had told people to sit where they liked! There were a lot of really upset people there who had excellent tickets, only to find their seats taken. The staff in the venue were pissed too, as they had been put in a really difficult situation by Prince's people in trying to explain why you couldn't sit in the seat that was on your tickets. Also, the aftershow was announced to be the Mayfair Club. When we got there, we waited for over an hour, only to be told by the bouncers on the door that the party wasn't happening there and that Prince's security were tryig to organise another venue. That was at 1:30am, and most people got fed up and decided to go home.

Now the good. The show was awesome!!! Highlights for me were The Ladder, Bambi, Empty Room, All The Critics Love U in New York, a fantastic piano medley, and his cover of Whole Lotta Love, He's really on form guys!

there isnt a person who went who doesnt know that the npgmc tix are general admission and the only way to get front row seats is to be there early, the venue fucked this up , and club members with the help of prince fixed it so wheres the problem
