Lets Go Crazy for me, helped me through a lot of bad times sticking that on and just thinking 'hey lifes goes on' so hearing it live makes hairs stand on my arms. Also loved him doing Bill Wither's 'Use Me' at aftershow, amazing smile

Joy in Repetition followed by the rock version of Anotherloverholenyohead on Fri 3rd (right?) - AMAZING! Esp the way JiR was acted out with one of the Twinz. Loved it.

Ok, I've cheated, that's two... and I almost chose Partyman from Sat night (it iced my cake!)

eek

Controversy...never really liked this before but loving what he's doing with it now.

And he can play If I Was Your Girlfriend every night and I'll never get bored of it...in fact all the stuff from SOTT that he's played is amazing!

Would like to hear a few more different tracks though - Black Sweat doesn't really work for me.

dead right, before the night I would of never imagined that Joy & Repetition would work live, but I soon changed my tune, hats off to Prince that night for delivering a truly electrical performance of said tune

Well, the version of 'Planet Earth' at the first show was quite incredible, but for night after night sheer joy it has to be 'Controversy' for me too, with the above honourable mentions to 'I Wanna Be Your Lover'. Mosts surprising for me have to be the 1-2 of '1999' and then 'Forever In My Life' at the show last Tuesday.

ill be different – I thought “here on earth” was stunning on Tues 14th but overall Controversy has been great on each show, and possibly musicology – gets people to their feet

Controversy has been great. I also loved the funky version of If I was Your Girlfriend on 7th Aug, and ALHIYH at the aftershow on the opening night....sung by the audience with a monster guitar solo from Prince.
Veni, Vidi, Funki.
