Between us I doubt it...I think he wants it 2b an experience in the memory rather than something to be watched repeatedly. That's what the no photographs thing is about - stop being greedy, don't spoil the moment etc.

I hope I'm wrong about that, but his judgement on DVD live releases seems poor since Lovesexy (which apparently he was never sure about releasing, ironically).

Rave and Aladdin were good fun but either didn't capture the atmosphere or were just poorly transferred.

Sign O The Times, Lovesexy and Live in '85 are all excellent...I even quite enjoyed the Parade TV special from Detroit.

My optimism is tempered by the whole One Nite Alone tour, the shows I saw were amazing shows but the 3 CD set and the DVD never captured it in any way which is a shame.

Haven't some people posted how they've seen cams and their seats moved to allow for cams there instead... which implies a DVD...

Prince has filmed himself constantly throughout his career, pretty much on every single tour in one form or another - most of what he's filmed has never seen the light of day.
