I had a bad experience with them, bought VIP seats, and was then put on a non fast clipper, with no free champagne, which also stopped at all stops and had no seats or prince music playing. So far the company have not answered my complaint emails. Everyone that was in the Q for the return clipper got on fine, being a VIP just meant you walk to the front of the line (there were only 2 other VIPs, all the seats are filled up with the regular travellers, so its not worth the extra money.

I always use it coming back from the aftershows. Easier to pick up a cab from london Bridge than the a*se end of beyond out east. I've always found it very good. He was right - a new name does feel mighty fine....now for some fun - MWA HA HA HA

My concert buddy and I used it from the Waterloo pier both to and from the O2 for 3 days/nights (10/11/14). It worked great. It is very fast and the price isn't bad at all. Remember to show them your Oyster card if you've got one. It will give you a discount.
Don't pay very much attention to the time tables however. The boats seems to be constantly delayed. For most of our rides there were still empty seats. But late at night (after an aftershow) or at 5pm before the show we did see that some of the last in line didn't get on board since there was no more seats on the boat. I doubt vip will be worth the extra price. This beat is on time - refined, designed - 2 make u do the do ... SuperFunkyCaliFragiSquirrely

The pick up point is very close to the O2 main entrance. Will only take you a few minutes to walk to and from it. When you get out of the O2 just keep to the left and you'll get to it. This beat is on time - refined, designed - 2 make u do the do ... SuperFunkyCaliFragiSquirrely

yes, it's really easy to find .. as soon as you come out of the dome go immediately to your left - and when you get as far left as you can go, go right along this covered walkway - the pier is just at the end. The walkway lights pulse which I found a bit trippy when I staggered out my first aftershow at 4am !
If you have a travel card it's about 4 quid for a single, and you can either go to waterloo or london bridge He was right - a new name does feel mighty fine....now for some fun - MWA HA HA HA

We used it on opening night and had no probs at all...
We went VIP and got Priority boarding and champagne. Its docked only a few mins walk with a specific path so is great for getting to the o2. Had no probs getting back either, boat was there waiting when concert finished, got back on and they played Prince music all the way back All in all, well recommended from me! They did the same thing to us at our first ride but for the other rides they accepted the Oyster card for a discount just as they are supposed to do. Not accepting it the first time may be because she needed a special card validation machine that she didn't have at the time. This beat is on time - refined, designed - 2 make u do the do ...
