I think they were possibly taping for DVD last night?

Third gig last night, and there were strategically placed small cameras (I saw at least 5) at stage level (and I don't mean the four placed in the lower tier that feed the screens). Anybody there notice them? One was on the 'swirl' of the stage, one along the 'point' and one by the drummer. I didn't notice them on the first two gigs, and the screen shots last night were not coming from the angles these smaller cameras were at. I nticed as well that the lighting last night was more 'white' than normal, which would give better DVD picture instead of the 'grainy' shots sometimes associated with darker lighting, and there was a lot more 'house lights up'and audience participation than I've seen on the last two Fridays. At times the cameras were definately pointing at the audience and not the performance. I was in 102, five rows back. Is this a sign of a DVD taping? What a box set this would make! 21 gigs, different set lists - the Stones did it with 'Four Flicks' . Thoughts?

I was front row B2 last night and there were way more shots of the crowd compared to other shows before the event started. Matt Damon was right in front of me with his daughter which at first made me think it was for him. However, it went on all night and the men with the cameras were taking close shots of P on the stage. Fingers crossed we get a DVD. pray
I'm hot and I don't care who knows it...I got a job to do. cooked

Oh I hope so because although I have another nine lots of shows to go to, I doubt Prince could better last night's performance - I can't believe how good it was. I have been to 20 concerts previously and this was one on its own. Going tonight as well to both show and aftershow - can't wait. If it half as good it will be brilliant!!!!

Those little cameras have been there on the 2 nights i've been so far - 7th and 14th. I noticed them being used more on the 14th tho... And haven't seen any at the aftershows... which would be better for a DVD!
We ain't from Hollywood, so you know it's all good
